personally I don't think v-necks can go with any kinds of shorts for men. I'm guessing that must be because most people wear crews for shorts..one day it might change

good quality tshirts can last for 8 years or even longer if you wash with cold water and dry it in your dryer with low heat. Colors will eventually fade a bit but it'd be stabilized and won't shrink/stretch even a bit. True story.

Bad quality tshirts ex. Hanes, Fruit of the Looms, etc.. you can trash them each season.

your blog is very helpful. I was drying my tees by AE for about two years in a dryer without getting stretched or anything. After I moved (to another country), I've to hang dry my tees; few of my tees were stretched to a point which i've to for-go them..I'll try folding my tees over the bottom of the hanger see how it goes..they might smell a bit why dry.

There's just not enough space here to lay my tees flat.

Why so much emphasis on being Discreet! This kind of shaming is what dissuades Moms from breastfeeding. They feel that they can't go anywhere because they have to be "discreet" or they shouldn't nurse in public. It is this stigma that leads to Mothers feeling imprisoned in their homes. Also, lifting a large shirt to nurse is much more reveling than pulling down a low cut neckline. Lifting a shirt exposes the entire lower torso, this is an area that most new Moms are much more concerned about revealing as they have stretch marks and soft tummies for many months after a child's birth, if not permanently.

There is nothing wrong with revealing the bust during feeding. It is in fact the easiest and most comfortable way to nurse. Therefore specially constructed clothing that is in fact uncomfortable and leaves one feeling "abnormal" and "unattractive" is exactly the WRONG thing to wear.

I have spent almost five years of my life nursing my 4 children and plan to continue nursing my youngest till she weans herself. I have found that stretchy t-shirts with v-necks, sweaters with v-necks and shirts that button down the front are the best, cheapest, easiest to incorporate into the wardrobe and most attractive brestfeeding option. The straitjackets that you describe sound unwieldy, uncomfortable unattractive and costly.

Stop making Breastfeeding Moms feel like they are a different species. It is thinly veiled Misogyny.

Another great way to remove pet hair is using Fur-Zoff. I like this more than sticky rollers or the pledge fabric sweeper because it's a "green" product and your not throwing anything away! You can find it now at http://www.FurZoff.net for about $10. Hope this helps!

Punk is not about the clothes you wear. Punk is more of how you act and the type of punk music you listen to. There is Cyber punk/Punk Rock/Punk Pop, and many more i'm sure. Kids that listen to punk can wear what ever they please, and if they listen to punk music, then they are a punk rocker, or fit in that area of the social label
